PART 1: SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: It typically takes 7–8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered to your doorstep anywhere across India.

Limited Drops: For highly anticipated collection launches (like Eternal Cosmos or Genshuku), fulfillment may occasionally take an additional 2–3 days due to high volume. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every stitch meets our quality standards.
2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): If available at checkout, a nominal non-refundable convenience fee may apply to COD orders to cover logistical processing.
3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our headquarters, a unique tracking link will be sent to you via SMS and Email. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.
4. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed by our third-party courier networks due to weather conditions, festivals, or local disruptions, we will work closely with them to speed up the process.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours so we can initiate a formal investigation with the logistics partner.
PART 2: RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
1. No Returns / No Refunds
At Aesthetsy, we build exclusive garments for a dedicated community. To maintain design exclusivity and reduce textile waste, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or cash refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed. All sales are final.
2. Hassle-Free Size & Damage Replacements
We want you to step into your "Main Character" era with absolute confidence. We gladly provide a replacement under the following two conditions:

Incorrect Size: If the t-shirt doesn't fit the way you wanted, we will exchange it for a different size of the exact same design.

Damaged/Defective Goods: In the rare event that you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, print error, or transit damage, we will replace it immediately.
3. How to Raise a Replacement Request
To qualify for a size exchange or damage replacement, you must follow these steps:

Timeframe: Email our support team at support@aesthetsy.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be processed.

Proof Required: For damaged items, you must attach clear photos or a quick unboxing video showing the defect.

Condition of Item: The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.
4. Reverse Pickup Process

Once your replacement request is approved by Lakshman and the team, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

Once the original item reaches our facility and passes a quality check, your fresh replacement piece will be dispatched. The exchange process typically takes 7–10 business days to complete.
