  • Age Requirement: By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

All content included on this Site—including but not limited to text, minimalist graphic designs, T-shirt mockups, custom Sanskrit typography, digital artwork, layout, logos (the signature needle and mountain peak icon), button icons, images, audio clips, and software—is the exclusive property of Aesthetsy and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Strict Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, publishing, or recreating our unique collection themes (including Eternal Cosmos, Genshuku, Grind & Glory, and The Rogue Line) for any retail, commercial, or personal financial gain.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Site or its content:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To upload or transmit viruses, malware, worms, or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used to affect the functionality or operation of the Site.

  • You grant Aesthetsy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content worldwide in any media (such as showcasing your review pictures on our official Instagram page).

  • You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post, and that the content is accurate and does not violate these Terms of Use.

  • We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any user-generated content that we deem offensive, illegal, or contrary to our brand identity.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our official payment gateways or logistics trackers) that are not owned or controlled by Aesthetsy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
