7. No Returns Policy & Replacement Guidelines

As established by our brand guidelines:

  • No Returns/Refunds: Because our product collections (including Eternal Cosmos, Genshuku, and Grind & Glory) are drop-based and highly curated, Aesthetsy does not offer a return or refund option.

  • Replacements: We offer a replacement policy only if the product delivered is damaged upon arrival or if the incorrect size was shipped. To be eligible for a size or damage-based replacement, you must contact us at support@aesthetsy.com within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue.

8. Delivery Timelines

While we strive to ship your garments as fast as possible, standard delivery across India generally takes 7-8 business days from the time of order confirmation. Aesthetsy is not liable for structural shipping delays caused by third-party logistics partners, extreme weather conditions, or local disruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, graphics, brand narrative, and service marks displayed on this Site (including the signature Aesthetsy needle and mountain peak icon) are the registered and unregistered intellectual property of Lakshman (Founder) and Aesthetsy. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited and legal action will be pursued under the Intellectual Property laws of India.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lakshman's primary place of business operation.
